Additional information and tips worth noting before you book.

All treatments are by appointment only!

Booked appointment times

Please arrive 5 min before your scheduled treatment.

Cancellations

Please give at least 24 hrs notice if you cannot attend your appointment. Clients who fail to comply with request will be liable for a charge equal to 50% of the cost of the treatment booked.

Terms of payment

Payment can be made either by cash or cheque (supported by a valid guarantee card). Cheques are subject to an additional charge of £3.00. We regret that we currently do not accept debit, charge or credit cards.

Discounts

20% discount is available to students and people on benefit. Evidence of entitlement is required eg. a current NUS card and photo ID or evidence of benefit entitlement with a photo ID.
Discounts do not apply to monthly promotions.

Health

Please notify us of any health concerns e.g. recent surgery, allergies or high/low blood pressure.

What to Wear

Most, not all treatments require you to disrobe down to your undergarments.

Before Your Treatment

We recommend showering, and can offer this facility if you require. Please do not apply perfume, aftershave or deodorant prior to a treatment.

Music Choice

From Classical, Celtic, Nature, Relaxation and New Age. The choice is yours to select if you please.
